The media could not be loaded. I got this baby for my daughter and was just looking for something more realistic but still doll like, and this is perfect for that! It looks unbelievably real but still feels like a babydoll you'd get from Walmart, except the skin is a lot softer than those babies you find at Walmart etc. it's skin also looks very realistic, so I definitely recommend this doll if you want to get your kids, or grandkids a babydoll that looks more realistic. I think my daughter will loveeeeee it!!! Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars! The only downside I didn't like was when I put on my order to hide my product in an Amazon box, they didn't. Other than that it's an amazing toy for good price! It's also weighed a bit, which I wanted so it definitely makes it more realistic when it weighs like a real baby.

Got it as a birthday present and the recipient loved it. It's not as realistic as other dolls, but it's still cute.

What an adorable baby doll! It was delivered (pun intended) without a single scratch in an adorable box. The doll itself was inside of a zipper pull plastic bag. Inside the bag was another little bag with the baby bottle and cover (all parts separable), and the magnetic pacifier. My initial concern was regarding the magnet--was it something I needed to worry about coming loose and being a potential concern. I included an up close photo of the mouth area where I see nothing resembling a magnet. Maybe a hint of milk or early teeth erupting. The facial features are adorably realistic: sweet little lips, soft eyelashes, chubby cheeks, slightly puffy eyes, a nose you just want to tap, and tiny delicate baby ears. He's one to show off for sure!The hair is drawn with detail on the head, but it is not textured. If you know how to add realistic hair I guess you could, but most newborns don't come with much hair. ;)Of course, everyone wants to know if all the fingers and toes are there, and while I was peeking, I saw that the arms and legs were carefully wrapped in paper under the clothing. They are a bit stiffer than I expected, but not hard. There is limited movement and they do not twist at the joints. You cannot pose the doll in various positions. Newborns can't sit anyway, so other than missing the real live baby adorable newborn stretch with the arched back, that isn't a drawback.The body is well stuffed and can be squeezed by older hand grips, but very young children would not be able to squeeze much. The body is made 'gender neutral', and although the doll is wearing a headband with a blue flower, it isn't attached permanently. To me, there is a marked difference in the boyishness once the headband is removed. However, I think that with feminine clothing it would look like a newborn girl as well.I did not detect any unpleasant odor at all from the clothing, body, or vinyl part of the doll. The little outfit is well made, with strong plastic snaps that work well, and fold-back mitten cuffs (often worn to protect babies from scratching their eyes or face.I'm very happy with this doll and would confidently gift it.

At only 18 inches and light weight she looks and feels like a real newborn. She is made well and looks so sweet. I collect all kinds of reborn babies and I definitely think she is worth the money. The painted on hair is cute but I prefer the real hair other than that she’s perfect.

This baby boy is so adorable! I just love him! I have a few dolls that I have collected over the years but I must say Sam is one of my favorites so far. I couldn't believe it when I reread the listing and saw that they called him Sam when I had decided on the same name. The expression on his face is so precious.I have my nieces over at times and allow them to play with some of the dolls I have. This is certainly a doll they can play with a lot. I love that the hair is painted on so it can't be messed up. The body is soft and has a nice weight to it so it feels more like holding a real baby. The baby is sleeping so no accidentally poking out the eyes like some kids do. The listing says newborn 0-3 months clothes will fit. That a bonus!This would make a great gift. The baby is so cute. The price is quite reasonable. This is a high quality doll anyone would love to have. This doll is not only suitable for a child but studies show that people with dementia or alzheimer's enjoy them to.
