I'm not a Harry Potter fan, my brother is and I bought him a lot of Harry things. I decided to buy this musical box thanks to the Reviews, and I was honestly IN LOVE, it is small, delicate, beautiful. It connected me a lot to movies. If you want to surprise someone, buy them this small and beautiful gift.

Got this as a gift and it was a hit! It is well made, intricate, and the tune is perfect. The person who received it absolutely loved it and wanted to show it to everyone.

This was literally just delivered and I went running to the mailbox. The music box is so perfect, I want to cry happy tears. When I opened it to check it out, my jaw fell open in amazement. The art work is beautiful and the song just brings all the joyful memories to the surface. This is a birthday present for my best friend of many years. She is a huge Harry Potter Fan. I hope she is as blown away as much as I was when she opens it! The picture is a bit blurry because my camera isn't the best, but the music box is perfect! Great quality and beautiful art work!! I totally did not read the description. It’s just as described though. My daughter still loved it even though it only plays while you’re physically cranking it & hand sized (which is clearly notated in the details).Let me tell you! The art work on it! It’s so stunning! Pictures really do not do it justice. Perfect addition to her vanity in her chic Harry Potter room ☺️

I purchased this item for a gift for a close friend of mine, and she really liked it. I just felt that the box itself was rather fragile in a way, and I personally don't believe that something like this should cost that much. I got the ingraved #3, and I don't see why ingraving it adds quite a bit more just for a few words on the inside panel. I mean in my head it gets laser ingraved in the first place, yet they charge so much for a little box. I am a very critical kinda person, yet I also hate criticizing too much. It just seems too much for what it is. I would say though it is a great gift idea, especially if music boxes fascinate the person you are gifting to. The music sounds great, but one other thing was there is this really odd squeak within the gear turning that gets a little annoying whenever you play the box. It's sleight but it is noticeable. I assume it's not with all of them just a little thought I would add in. But if you are looking for something small and fun to have or give away this is pretty entertaining, and the little extra space in the box is nice for little nic nacs.

The media could not be loaded. Item was as described. The music is recognizable. I am especially satisfied with the engravings - they are gorgeous, and each location is clearly recognizable. The turning mechanism clacks a little as you turn it, but for the price point I'm really satisfied with this product. Shipping arrived on time. You do have to continuously crank the music box to get it to turn, but this was how it was advertised, so I expected it.

It's a little smaller than I expected and seems to be pretty fragile but my my wife loves it. I bought it for her to put in her Potter themed 5th grade class but it wouldn't survive one week of fifth graders so we are keeping it at home.

She had seen the ads on my phone for these hand-cranked music boxes and loved them, although we kept seeing the one with "You Are My Sunshine" which isn't her favourite song. When I saw this box had Hedwig's Theme I knew it was perfect; she's a big HP fan and she really loves the Hogwarts castle scenes on the outside of the box. It was a great birthday surprise, although it was upward of sixty when I bought it which is very steep for the item.
