Is liquid quinol and soft gels the same?

I know they are the same dosage --- 1000mg per dose. I believe they are similar except that one is a liquid and one a soft gel capsule or pill. I bought and take the liquid. Just my personal preference. Don't know if this answered your question or helped you at all.

What has changed in the formula? The last bottle tastes more watery, carb count has gone up to 3 grams per serving from <1. I taste no black pepper.

Contains black pepper extract (piper nigrum)... If you desire more I would recommend black pepper extract.....found on Amazon.....added it a couple of times but it is strong in flavor....I've used this product for a number of years with satisfactory results.

Seems to work, tastes good… maybe even helped my plantar fasciitis

I’m not sure if my plantar fasciitis improved on its own or because of this turmeric, but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. The taste is good, and it’s easy to take. That said, it is a bit pricey for turmeric. Still, if you’re looking for joint support, it’s worth a try.
