Dominate Men's Hair Styling Molding Creme with Keratin, 75g (2.65 oz)

I’ve used this same Dominate product for five years. It’s always been very reliable and very consistent. I have been ordering it via Amazon for the last three years. The last container I received was dried out and almost like a thick heavy tar, it’s impossible to use as it far to thick. Major bummer. Not sure how to contact the seller the only option was to return it. Why would I return an opened container of unusable hair cream?

I guess this is a good product as long as you know what you're getting. This is not a creme, it's not a pomade, and it's not a clay. This is a greasy material that gives a good hold, but comes out wet and gives a greasy feel to my hair. My hair is wavy and I need something to straighten it out. This does a fine job of that, but I don't like the feel of it, and there are plenty of available alternatives.
