Brilliant bar to use with bands when I travel .the bar is very solid and padded .screws together fine can hardly see joints and had some very heavy bands on for squats and it's perfect .Buy 1 for bargain price as good as the more expensive ones

Good bar for resistance bands so far
Been using this for a couple of weeks and so far it is fine with the resistance bands I use. I use the fokky brand bands and have used the bar with the purple one which is the second from last heaviest load. Seems sturdy enough when screwed together and like the fact you can use it as a two piece or three piece.
