We are full time RV’ers and the motor burned out in the bathroom, so let the hunt begin for the replacement.Looking for in purchase:-Exact ReplacementDesign: Yes, this is the exact replacement that you need for the vent in your RV bathroom. I ran to three stores in Alaska looking for the part and although this does seem overpriced, it is impossible to find this little motor. It comes with everything you need to do a full replacement, but most of the parts are reusable directly from the unit on the vent.Issues: I question the design of these little motors and their durability, but this is speculation on my part.Positives:++Size (exact size)++CostNegatives:--Durability (???)Final Thoughts: After hunting through all the RV stores Amazon was my last resort and thank god I found it here.Would I recommend: Go ahead and buy now

Works great so far and easy to install. Be careful of the small screws. Like it so far.
