Great addition to my gym back. Extremely durable and well bit, with straps sturdy enough for me to feel safe, and they fit both mine and all my gym friends that have tried it with no issue. The material and the weight of the rings are also very satisfying to hold in your hands and make the product feel extra premium.

These are some really quality rings for the price! They have the thickness necessary to challenge the grip and provide full range of motion when doing any potential workouts. It comes with everything you could need as well, tape for the grip, multiple attachments and the straps are very very sturdy. I’m 5’11” 190lbs and have no problem putting full force on these. Highly recommend for an entry level set.

Over a year of use and still effective. Really not much to say because they are pretty simple. Constructed well, no splinters... they aren't warped from the changing temperatures in my garage... they do what they are supposed to do. They even come with a bunch of extras that I have never used, but it's really cool to have all the options! These are a staple of my workout sessions. There are so many ways to utilize these rings, it's a great value.

These are a good change from doing doing pull ups if you want to extend your rings toward the ground for bodyweight rows...esp. if you're not strong enough to do pull ups. It's also good for abdomen work , if you want to do knee or leg lifts. The diameter of the grips is larger than a lot of pull up bars so you may not be strong to hold hangs for as long.

Straps and rings are good quality. My husband has enjoyed using them in his workout routine for pull ups, dips and push ups. They are easy to set up. The grip is comfortable and good sized for his hands. He likes the wood rings because they aren’t as cold as metal

I’ve used these for a few months now and they’re perfect. Some reviews I read said the wooden rings had splinters or rough patches. The ones I received were very smooth. The straps are easy to adjust. I have mine on a pull up-tension style bar so I don’t have to adjust the bar to do dips and other exercises. The straps are VERY long, so I do have to roll them up and secure them with a Velcro ban which is included. It came with a bag to hold everything when not in use and the bag is actually big enough to hold everything in it. It also came with equipment to be used in the door jam. I have not used that yet since I have mine on a pull up bar, but it looks durable and well made. So far, it all seems like they’re made well and will last.
