Uncomfortability
THIS IS NOT COMFORTABLE to me. It is massive and needs a pillow in the seating area! My poor money!

Armrests don't go back far enough to have my arms in a resting position.

I was original excited about this chair. But the chair feels like a mixture of stainless steel and very cheap plastic. After 3 months the back rest broke and no longer stays up. The headrest is finicky and doesn’t always stay in the set position. Have tried to contact the manufacturer twice with no response. Stay clear and don’t listen to the video reviews on YouTube saying how nice this chair is. I guarantee they never used the chair after the video was completed.

I have a job the requires long hours in a chair so I have experienced a number of discomforts over the years. The lower pelvic support is a game changer. It makes all the difference in comfort. I have tried so many lumbar support chair and they do absolutely nothing to alleviate pain or pressure points. The extendable foot rest is fantastic. When sitting long hours in a chair your feet will get restless so the foot rest is the perfect switch up. The adjustable head rest is a necessity. It's impossible to sit in the same upright position all day so when you want to recline a bit but still focus on work, the headrest provides the perfect support for you head to see the screen rather than looking up at the ceiling. One feature I would never have thought I needed was the arm rests that rotate inwards. When you recline back the armrests move with the back rest so they provide support to your arms as they reach out to the keyboard. Since they can rotate inward, you can adjust to whatever position that is comfortable to reach your keyboard. If I had to nitpick on some improvements I would like to see, it would be the mesh seat. It's actually very comfortable for long hours of sitting and there's no sag in the material so far (1-2 months of use) but sometimes I like to sit crisscross in my hair and the mesh can be uncomfortable rubbing up against my ankles. Wearing long socks alleviates this pain therefore I would not change the seat material if that meant less ventilation or less comfort for long hours of sitting in a normal upright position. If you can't tell I swear by this product. It's not a luxury, it's an investment.

I’ve been using the chair for a couple of weeks now. Initially, I planned to return it for the modern model since I accidentally bought the Ultra. The setup was a breeze, and the packaging was solid. After some serious use, adjustments, and checking out reviews from consumers and YouTubers to learn how to use this chair properly, I’ve found it’s great for extended periods. The Pro model isn’t as versatile, and its headrest doesn’t compare to the Ultra’s. The Ultra does come with a bit of a learning curve, I feel for the price the quality could be better in some areas, but I’m quite pleased with it overall. I highly recommend it if you can snag it on sale for under $700. At its regular price of $900+, I don’t think it’s worth it. I’m a bit concerned about the durability of the foot/leg rest, but it’s holding up for now. After a long day, kicking back in this chair will definitely make you happy—just don’t try to use it as a trampoline! P.S. Read the f#$&@*! manual.
