Crocs Men's On The Clock Work Sneakers

I have wide feet (fan-shaped feet with a wide toe box) and generally hate all closed shoes (including the ones that claim to be "wide") because they basically don't fit and make me feel like my feet are in a prison. For this reason, if I am not required to wear specific shoes for work, the only shoes I have worn for years are the Crocs classic clogs because those are the only ones that are actually shaped like my feet and my feet aren't constantly being squeezed or pressed. So I ended up having to wear closed shoes for work. At first I had a pair of tennis shoes (not Crocs) that were sort of OK at the beginning, but those things got worn out and I was experiencing extreme pain all day at work in my feet and ankles. It took me a while to figure out that the problem was those shoes never fit right in the first place and they got too worn out and needed to be replaced. So I was in a lot of pain for every step I took all day for a couple of months.So that is why I bought these shoes, because I had to do something but was worried about finding any closed shoe that would actually fit my feet without having to pay really expensive money to get custom-made shoes. My co-worker also likes Crocs and told me about these shoes. He vouched to me that he has wide feet too and that they are comfortable, so I found these on Amazon.I am a plus-sized woman who wears the Men's 7 (Women's 9) in the classic clogs. I wear Dr. Scholls insoles in the work shoes, so I got the Men's 7.5 Wide in these shoes to provide extra space for the insoles. I wasn't sure about the size, but I think that the Men's 7.5 Wide is accurate given that I am wearing insoles and also people's feet swell if you have to stand and walk all day. So your feet are literally bigger at the end of the day, and you need some extra space for that. I think this is probably the right size, to prevent the painful squeezing/compressing/chafing that was going on with my old shoes. They are slightly too long maybe, but by the end of the day if my feet have swollen due to walking all day I appreciate the extra space and don't notice any size issue. Unless you are wearing some very big orthotics, I think +0.5 size is enough to account for normal insoles and foot swelling during the work day compared to whatever size you wear in the Crocs classic clogs. I recommend +0.5 size in the Men’s sizing and “Wide” if you have wide feet.My work environment: I have to stand and walk and lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) at various times throughout the day wearing these shoes for at least 8.5-9 hours, on hard tile floors, concrete, and carpet. It is mostly walking and lifting. I'm not standing in one spot all day. I am mostly indoors in a 74-80 F (23-26 C) environment, but I do have to go outside many times throughout the day for 4-10 minutes each time, and it is extremely hot outside because this is the desert in summer. When I go outside wearing these shoes, it has been 109-116 F (42-47 C). I read a review where someone complained that these shoes don't "breathe" and their feet are too hot, but I haven't noticed any issue. My feet have never felt hot even when I have to go outside into the heat.As for slipping, this is not a wet/greasy floor environment so there isn't much risk of falling due to slipping on wet surfaces. The bottoms of the shoes seem to have plenty of traction, but I'm also not in an environment where slipping on anything is much of a risk. I haven't observed any problems.I used these shoes over a period of a few weeks while wearing Dr. Scholls insoles in them (which I also did in the old shoes). Days 1-2 of using these shoes at the end of my work week: The terrible pain I had experienced constantly for months (arch pain, chafing on the outsides of feet, pain on the soles of the feet, ankle pain in both ankles) mostly disappeared. I was still having some residual pain though. I found it important to adjust the fit of the shoes throughout the day for max. comfort. At the beginning of the day, I tied them tighter since my feet had not swollen yet. Then I tied them looser later on to allow for more space. Adjusting the laces to tie them tighter/looser throughout the day depending on the condition of your feet was a good idea and I've been doing this since that time. (Then I had 2 days off for my feet to recover.) Days 3-7 of wearing these for a whole work week: I was still having some residual ankle pain, but the rest of the pain had 99% gone away. (Then I had 2 days off for my feet to recover.) Days 8-12 of wearing these: Ankle pain was gone. I only had some twinges of pain here and there but no constant pain, almost all of it was gone and no residual pain left. Since I think the shoes are broken in now, I also adjust the laces less now, only maybe once per day.So, success!!! I am so happy with these and will definitely buy again. I was worried I might have to quit doing this type of job if I have pain every step I take for 8+ hours a day at work or that I might have serious problems that require a podiatrist, but now my feet are OK and all is better.

Comfortable and light weight. I love anything crocs and needed something a little more for working in restaurant and easy to clean. These are exactly that! Very happy with the shoes and will be buying again when these puppies are ready to go . Normally my back hurts first shift for 12 hours on my feet but with these , that wasn’t the case

UpdateI've had these since Aug 21 2025 and it's may 11 2026. I wear them 5 days a week in a kitchen. There's not even one tiny bit of the sole coming off and they're still incredibly non-slip. I love these shoes! They are hot and sweaty but honestly being in a kitchen my feet will always be hot and sweaty no matter what so I'll trade a little ventilation for a shoe that holds up to the beating!Original review Aug 21 2025I just got these today and immediately put them on. I just got home from work and have been wearing my old bistros all day and my feet are killing me, so it's rhe perfect time to put these on and walk around in them to see how they'll really feel. My feet feel amazing right now. I'll definitely update once I've worn them for a while, but I wanted to point out a few things off rhe bat.1. Size up. I got an M10 in these and they're perfect. I wear a W12/M9 in the typical crocs as well as in the Bistros that I've been wearing to work. So, Amazon told me to get a M12 in these but I knew that couldn't be right. Some reviews had said to size up but I couldn't believe 3 sizes up was right. So, I just went one size up and that was perfect.2. The insides of these shoes are "rubber" like in the typical croc clogs. There's no insole. Theoretically you should be able to put one in but if you plan on doing that I recommend going up 2 sizes to accommodate for it. I, however, love that they're the rubber because I work in a kitchen so my feet are going to sweat and my insoles always get gross in regular shoes. I haven't looked it up but I've also heard in the reviews here rhat you can wash these in the washing machine so not having an insole would be much better for that anyway (which I do plan on doing once every few minths bc my shoes get nastyyyyyy).3. The shoe laces aren't very long. I have mine pulled snugly and I just have enough room to tie a double knot. If I needed to loosen them up a bit (swelling is common I this industry) I doubt I'd be able to double knot them. I plan on getting some different laces, anyway, for a pop of bright color but I wanted to point that out.I think that's all I noticed right off the bat. I'm very excited to wear these to work and see how they hold up. Im particularly worried about the outer sole eventually separating from the top "fabric" because that always happens to my regular work shoes within a year. I'll update when it's been a while.That said, croc loc is the best non slip soles I've ever worn...and I've tried a ton. Idk what magic they use but their work shoes are always the most steady ones in my work shoe collection. So, I always find myself going back to my old beat up croc bistros no matter what new shoe I've just purchased lolI hope this helps!

They are super comfortable and look great. Low breathability is my only qualm with these shoes. They get very hot quickly.

I absolutely lobe these shoes. They are comfortable to wear, they fit nicely amd are true to their size. The only downside is they are not breathable. My feet started to sweat. Overall I recommend these shoes to anyone who works in restaurants or food service.

Seriously the most comfortable work shoes I've ever worn. My only issue is that i BEAT UP my work shoes so in 1.5yrs I've had to buy 2 pairs. The price is pretty high so I went with a different pair but these will forever be my favorite. If they go on sale again I will surely get a new pair. I reccomend these ten times over. 10/10.

Fairly comfortable but the rubber insole has the worst habit of rotating and/or bunching up socks. Also don’t seem to breathe that well. My feet get hot.

Fit is true to size, which is "small" for crocs, but a 9.5 feels like a 9.5.Toe box is generous. Minimal compaction in a standard width.Shoe is exceeding expectations. Sneaker style but the crocs insole etc has a springy step. Minimal drop overall but there is a contour and a very slight heelLooks good. Its got that vantablack skate shoe vibe. Doesnt feel out of place on a commute.This is a great piece from crocs. Slightly more brace on the sides than a clog, same benefits from the sole materials, etc. Crowd pleaser. As a long time bistro and on the clock clog with the comfort insole buyer, this is a hit. Find your size, it's worth it.Other reviews speak to at least 6-8month longevity. That's about as long as a reasonable person will update a review. I have faith these shoes will last, but maybe not infinite reusability like their clogs. Thats a guess.

Sono un po' massicce, ma comodissime e facili da pulire. Estremamente solide. Mi piacciono.
