This is a really compact and affordable solution to digital locks. Fingerprint and Bluetooth unlocking works like a charm. I have been using this lock from the last 2 months and haven't had any issues.The installation support was also very good and the technician came the next day I booked the request.Overall, I am satisfied with the product as I have one less key to keep in my keychain and don't have to worry about the lock as the performance is flawless. Highly recommended!

I have registered 4 family members' fingerprints, and the fingerprint sensor works quickly and accurately. The mobile app access is smooth, and the key option is a good backup.One of the best things about this lock is that it is Made in India, which makes it even better! The build quality feels premium, and installation was quite simple. However, I haven’t experienced their after-sales service yet, so I’m waiting to see how it performs in the long run, especially after 1-2 years.Overall, it’s a great smart lock with easy access and reliable security. If the after-sales service is good, this will be a perfect choice! 💯🔒

Nice, and sleek, battery lasts about 2 months.Only issue is that is resets when you try to add fingerprints - and we have to start over.Overall a good product. Easy to install - my regular carpenter installed it.

Working as expected..looks very premium and has made entry to the rooms as well as locking super easy.

Received faulty product. Company guy came for installation after 2 weeks of follow ups. He installed and went but lock did not work. I then followed up with their support. They refused to replace the item under warranty. They sent replacement part and asked me to install it myself with no follow up on-site support. What kind of customer experience is this man!!!! Am I supposed to be the expert here or the company technician???

Go for company installation service...lock is nice and meets all requirement...self installation needs remote support from company else not possible ... product is working well after installation..The only issue is there is a public switch behind the lock which when pressed, make the lock public(always open) mode. Every now and then small kids while walking out, press that button and make the lock public without even our knowledge...while you might be sleeping inside, thinking lock is closed, it might be actually open. surprisingly, the company has no solution to disable public mode. The button should not be so upfront and easy to click.
