I have been using the LAVNA Smart Door Lock for the past 10-15 days, and so far, it's been a great experience. I have registered 4 family members' fingerprints, and the fingerprint sensor works quickly and accurately. The mobile app access is smooth, and the key option is a good backup.One of the best things about this lock is that it is Made in India, which makes it even better! The build quality feels premium, and installation was quite simple. However, I haven’t experienced their after-sales service yet, so I’m waiting to see how it performs in the long run, especially after 1-2 years.Overall, it’s a great smart lock with easy access and reliable security. If the after-sales service is good, this will be a perfect choice! 💯🔒

Working as expected..looks very premium and has made entry to the rooms as well as locking super easy.

It is a good quality lock if you are looking for keyless entry. App was breeze to setup and fingerprints are registered quickly.I recommend getting it installed from a qualified carpenter and not attempt to install yourself to avoid damaging the door.You can use the instruction video provided to help them setup the lock.

Horrible experience defective product received and bad customer service
Received faulty product. Company guy came for installation after 2 weeks of follow ups. He installed and went but lock did not work. I then followed up with their support. They refused to replace the item under warranty. They sent replacement part and asked me to install it myself with no follow up on-site support. What kind of customer experience is this man!!!! Am I supposed to be the expert here or the company technician???

Nice bedroom door lock solution
Nice, and sleek, battery lasts about 2 months.Only issue is that is resets when you try to add fingerprints - and we have to start over.Overall a good product. Easy to install - my regular carpenter installed it.
