Tried out this cheese as a dairy-free alternative and couldn't believe how similar it tasted and looked to mozzarella cheese! It had an amazing texture that melted perfectly! Used it for a homemade pizza night, for grilled cheese, and to top off pasta dishes. Trying more of their products ASAP!

Disclaimer I am not a vegan but try to incorporate dairy free / vegetarian products where I can. I was pleasantly surprised by this product and brand! The mozzarella “cheese” actually tasted like cheese! The texture was great, which is sometimes what I hate about other dairy-free products. I made some of this “cheese” with eggs. Added some inside and melted wonderfully! I The thing that really wow’ed me was the ingredients. I tend to stay away from dairy-free milk and cheeses specifically because of the ingredients but Never Better Foods ingredients were great, which is why I wanted to try it! Needless to say, I’ll be keeping this in my rotation of veg/vegan products!

I hate leaving bad reviews and I'm sure that the product is great, but when the package arrived the dry ice pack wasn't just melted, it was *hot* and the cheese was warm. I don't dare eat it because I don't know how long the dry ice has been melted for. It feels like a wast of $7. I'm just glad I didn't get the cheddar flavor, too, like I planned to. I'm incredibly sad. It wasn't worth the money spent for it just because it's inedible.

So full disclosure, I’m not plant-based or vegan . I love a good cheese plate with all the fixings. But cheese doesn’t always agree with me , so I seek out alternatives. Most plant based cheeses don’t have a great melting texture or flavor so I’m always on the hunt for a better one. Enter never better foods mozzarella. Man this stuff is so good ! It melts perfectly and has that tang you expect from cheese . I used it in a variety of recipes from homemade pizza to an omelet and even my family couldn’t tell the difference ! Definitely give this cheese a try !

This is probably the best vegan cheese I have tried! I like that it melts and has a natural mild cheese flavor. The texture is really identical to cheese. As someone who isn’t vegan but enjoy dairy free products and vegan food I def would order again.

As a vegetarian who is trying to slowly transition to a vegan diet, this cheese is perfect. The consistency and taste were spot on in my opinion. We use it to make pizza and it was amazing. My daughter is vegan and she also loved it.
