First time I've ever reviewed something. Just had to say this item was dreadful. The ball is flat vacuum packed so not a ball shape when unwrapped - which is kind of essenital! Had it for about 5 days, even tried an inflated balloon inside the ball for 3 days to help it return to some kind of spherical shape. Even for less than a tenner this is still a waste of money.

This is a useful training aid, that helps beginners develop an established swing or helps people with a flying elbow. It comes in two parts: a hollow training ball and an adjustable strap. Put the strap through the ball and attach the strap to your right or left forearm, depending if you are a right-handed or left-handed player. Then put the ball between your forearms when addressing the golf ball. If you can keep it in the same position during the swing, it should help a flying elbow problem, which can take the recommended path of the swing off line.This was easy to use, though a little fiddly adjusting the strap on your own. It helped me hold the same position during the swing. I can see that with practice, it will help you develop muscle memory, so you can swing in the recommended position.

Expected a plastic ball and got a lump of vacuum packed rubber that looks nothing like a ball.Avoid its not worth anything and not a product that can be used.

This product is useless. It is supposed to be ball shaped, but arrived flat in a tight vacuum seal. It stays flat and so is utterly unable and pointless.

This is a super useful product, it really helps to improve golf swing technique, especially in beginners.We took it to the driving range and to a 9 hole academy par 3 course (when no one was looking) and it really helped. What it mainly does is - it keeps your left hand (inside hand) straight, therefore forces you to make a better swing and it really works, we've seen even fairly good player using it on the driving range).While to ball is good and east to use, the packaging it arrived in isn't - it arrived flat vacuum packed, the ball took 3 days to get to 'ball' shape and it's still not fully round, it's useable but we're still waiting for it to be fully round.

The 'ball' arrived vacuum flat packed and as you can see in the picture this has resulted in it being totally deformed and useless for it's intended purpose. Avoid!!!!

The ball/cage is the issue. its vacuum sealed and thus the call looses its shape. Its a soft rubber/plastic and does not return to a ball shape.
