Beautiful and magical toy my 7 year old daughter absolutely loved it
I bought the Hatchimals Alive Rainbow Hatchery Toy for my 7-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loved it. The set is beautiful and colorful, and it’s perfect for kids who love surprises and collecting cute little figures. It comes with 6 mini figures hidden inside rainbow-colored eggs, and my daughter had so much fun revealing each one. The hatching process is easy enough for her to do on her own, and she was so excited to see which characters were inside. The toy also includes over 10 accessories, which adds lots of ways to play and set up little scenes with the Hatchimals. Everything is bright, well-made, and perfect for imaginative play. The figures are small but detailed and adorable, and the whole set kept my daughter entertained for hours. It’s a wonderful gift idea for kids who love collectible toys and surprises. The color swirl worked as advertised!
I was pretty impressed with this toy! When we added water, the colors began to swirl around and the little animals started to pop out! It was really cool to watch and my daughter loved it! The pretty rainbow effect only lasted for a matter of minutes, then it all mixed together into a muddy brown color, but by then the animals were all hatched out. The only downside to this toy is the fact that the pretty swirl effect can only be done once and it only lasted a few moments. There’s no way to reload the colors to do it again. My daughter loved to watch it though and I was impressed that it worked the way it was advertised.

Cute set for older kids
These are adorable and they kept my seven year-old busy for about an hour, but it does make a mess. Put down towels or make sure you do it outside otherwise you’ll have purple and blue stuff everywhere from the dye inside the eggs. The parts are super tiny so it’s definitely not meant for smaller children, but it’s perfect for maybe ages six and up.
