I have two of these and the liners. They fit great and can be molded to fit y around your thumb. The liners keep them from rubbing. My doc really liked them.I can wear the brace under gloves for household cleaning and gardening.They can be washed and air dried overnight and they still look and work great after several months. The cost is fantastic compared to others.

I wanted something for my thumb joint pain and didn’t want something that took up my entire wrist. These are amazing! I use a muscle lotion and put these on for sleep and AMAZING!

Yes it did help with my pain levels, yes it was comfortable after initial set up, still got blisters but range if motion was so much better. For $50 I thought it was the greatest thing on earth! The velcro straps started to curl up and scratch me. Then a month and 10 days later the metal support started coming through. So now I can't wear it. I contacted support about the velcro and they were great about the velcro strap but not about the full brace falling apart. I asked if they got my pictures they said yes and that was it. Nothing else. I was singing their wonderful products. Well I ended up purchasing the original one for $120 not their copycat splint. It still gives me some blisters but with moleskin and a different sleeve I found online (theirs did nothing except more blisters) I'm a happy with the more expensive and better one. So before getting what I needed for $120 I spent way over $120 and 3 out of 5 of those braces were from velpeau. So just get the real one and not this copycat because it will last you years! This lasts a little over a month!

I just received it last night. So far happy with it, time will tell.

I measured and ordered a size small. It fits fine around the palm and back of hand BUT the location of the metal adjustment that you can squeeze is too far from the CMC joint plus the thumb hole is too wide. I’d guess that the difference between sizes is primarily the strap length and doesn't consider that the thumb hole and adjuster also need to be addressed. Overall it provides stability but not enough over the CMC joint. Also, after trying it just a few partial days, the Velcro doesn’t stick well.
