I got this because spearmint is calming. It has organic ingredients, tastes refreshing hot AND cold, and it's plastic free. You get 16 tea bags for $5.99, which is much cheaper than buying a $3-5 tea every morning. Great value. The tea is fresh and integrates well with boiling water. I don't have PCOS, but there's been studies showing drinking a cup of spearmint tea a day, can reduce excess testosterone in women over 30 days. I bought this for my friend with PCOS, and she loves it. Highly recommend trying this as a holistic approach to PCOS (with modern medicine of course)

Been drinking Traditional Medicinals teas for years now and I wouldn’t switch to any other brand. It’s so convenient, affordable, and good quality! I’ve drank, dandelion, peppermint, raspberry leaf, and spearmint for my pcos, and it really helps a lot, especially for my acne. I always drink spearmint before bed and green tea in the morning to help with bloating and my blood sugar. And I also love how their tea bags aren’t made of plastic like most generic tea brands. It will taste earthy or bitter to some people, but obviously that’s normal since they’re herbs, so it helps if you add some raw organic honey for a bit of sweetness.

Very good herbal tea, I'm taking it for hormonal imbalance just 4 days of drinking this tea my period that has been late for 38 days started flowing. This tea helps alot with reducing facial hair growth. I'm so happy I bought this tea eventhough it's kind of expensive
