NO TIME LAPSE, NOR EFFECTIVE DAMPING...
The damping knobs don't actually effect the sliders ability to slow down at the limits/stops. Nor is there any sort of time lapse control, unless you count stopping down the tension and angling the slider, which results in camera bounce from the belt v-grooves...It's cheap, but had i known the features were not as advertised, I'd have channeled my cash into something a little more... usable.
