American made rocks
Great tires, roll evenly and smooth. No worries of getting a flat. So much sturdier than the other cheaper ones on Amazon>. Worth the extra dollars!!!!

Great tire
Costs about the same as the tires at the local bike store, but seems much more durable on the often bumpy roads and trails I frequent. Larger and deeper treads than other tires before provide better traction, pick up fewer rocks and other items that could puncture tubes, and wear better and thus last longer. Definitely plan on buying this tire again next time I need to replace one.

The Ultimate Commuter Tire? (Probably)
My use case is a little different from what you might find from others. I use a Track Bike. I like that they’re lighter, fit in elevators better and are simple to carry. So your experience may differ.I upgrade from a 700 x 23 set on my Track Bike to 700 x 32c. Needless to say, the difference with a tire that is 40% wider with actual tread is big.However. I really like the tread pattern on these. When the bike is upright, it rides like a slick. Nice work, Continental. The tires do look a bit like a “fish out of the water” on my bike. (But in a good way?) Even at 32c, the tread pattern is quite aggressive. I would say its a bit surprising to see such aggressive tread on a narrow tire. But I am willing to guess the cycling community is headed this way. I’m still strictly on pavement and gravel, but the tires inspire confidence like crazy. You’ll most likely feel more comfortable on your bike on these tires.Speaking of which, the ride quality is comfortable as well. I would say “almost plush.” I keep looking down, thinking a tire is under-inflated only to find its still at 80 psi. I’m not sure how a hard tire rides so smooth. Sorcery, I tell ya.I’ve never before developed a sweat putting tires on, so to say these were a challenge is an understatement. Tire levers are definitely needed. The shipping on my end came in 3 days late. Ah well.Overall, I love the tires. Better than I expected. They changed my bike for the better, completely. 👍

Great tires for a 215 lb. rider on a 20” folding bike
I purchased two of these Continentals and put them on my 20” folding bike. Installation on the original rims was easy and the fit was perfect. Best of all, they ride quiet and smooth and I have not had a flat in 300 miles. I ride on pavement and a trail outside our community. I will buy them again if they ever wear out. So far they still look and ride like new.

Made in India
This tire is made in India.Nice tire, so I bought another.Thinner than the most others out there, so I use it as a front tire.It is a directional tire.

Quality Tire
I bought two of the size 20x1.75 (47-406) for my Dahon Mariner folding bike. I have the older style, steel frame Mariner, not the newer aluminum frame type. The tires fit perfectly on the wheel, and in the fenders, although the original tires were 1.5".These tires have just the right amount of tread for my type of riding, which is mostly on paved surfaces, but I like to explore dirt and gravel trails. And the treads are nice and deep which should help if I get caught in the rain. Mountain tires would have been too much, and most would not fit in my bike's fenders anyway.People have said they had problems getting the wire beads on their wheels, but mine went right on. I like that these are not the folding type of tire, which always seem so thin and flimsy. These Continental Ride Tour's are very substantial and confidence inspiring. And they are super nice looking! Dahons are mistaken for clown bikes by those who don't know what they are, but at least I have a couple of dignified looking tires now.I'm so glad I chose these. They really aren't that much more expensive than the cheap folding tires out there, and for something this important, that I will use for a couple of years or more, it is more than worth it.

Spendy, but worth the price.
I got this tire in January '20 for my 29" hybrid (Size:42-622). I figured I'd wait six months for a more balanced review. Here's my findings so far:-- Durability : Very high, even after 900+ miles, I'm not even halfway down in the tread. I figure I have at least a thousand more miles which I can put in. Keep in mind that most of these miles are on the road / sidewalks, so your mileage may vary-- Comfort: Very quiet and comfortable tire. I barely feel the road, even at full inflation. Kudos to continental for making such a quiet tire.-- Price: I got a great deal at 2 for 30, so it's a no brainer; however even at the current price (which is 1 for 29) I think it's worth it; even if feels spendy compared to other tires. I've tried the cheap ones and trust me, you might save 10 bucks on them, but the comfort offered by these guys far surpasses the cheap ones.-- Traction: These are touring tires, and have very good wet/dry traction on the road. One thing I would not recommend is high speed cornering. These tires will definitely slide out under you - and I have a few bruises to attest to that.-- Flat resistance: I don't have many nail or debris on the roads I take, so I can't attest to it's flat resistance characteristics; nevertheless haven't had any flats so far in the six months I've driven them. These have an extra puncture belt which would definitely help against light debris though. All in All - I think this was a great purchase. Highly recommend you look at these
