Pathetic service by PEXPO & AMAZON
Pexpo failed to serve the purpose.. thermosteel is not working.. Heat transferred to the outer surface of the bottle as soon hot water is filled in it.. Completely a defective product.. without a quality check how the supplier has delivered it to the customer.. Waste of time.. very disappointed with poor service of PEXPO.. After placing an exchange and was waiting to receive the replacement piece today- 6/1/26, to my surprise I received a message from Amazon stating that my order got delivered.. Handed over the package to the resident.. but I was not at home for an hour and didn't receive any package.. meanwhile I got this message.. Completely a goof up by Amazon and team.. pathetic service..
