I love it, I use my slimming cream, then the wrap then my waist trainer. To me it's slightly thicker then saran wrap and it's clings very well. I wear it while I do my workouts and also for up to 8 hours a day. It has NOT rolled up and as you see I have a belly. These are pictures for when I first started it about a month ago & I'm a lot smaller now. I'll post another review with my measurements and more pictures.

I read all the previous and still purchased it anyway. Based on my experience I had no issues at all with getting it off the role. It didn't tear, there were no holes in it, etc. Its a little tough wrapping yourself, so if you can get some help I would say take that approach. I put it on directly out of the shower and it DID immediately start to role down. I took the previous posters advice and put my waist trainer on to keep it in place. I worked out with it on, did a little yoga, and kept it on overnight with the waist trainer. In the morning my stomach was visibly tighter no question about it. The rolling down part was the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars because it was literally immediate which was disappointing. If It stayed in place at least a few minutes to allow my time to get the waist trainer on I would have given it 5 stars.

What I like about this product is that it truly clings to my curves. I use it with a topical ab cream and it stays in place and helps with drawing out the water. What I don’t like is that there is inconsistency with each roll as to how thick or thin the wrap is. Some rolls wrap just fine but I’ve had a few that seem to be thinner and the wrap tears too easily. Other than that problem, it’s a good product.

I am about 5'7 and 180 lbs and used it to wrap my torso, butt, and thighs (each individually and then together) and I got a good 8 individual uses out of it.

This is great. I had no problemStarting off the roll. I applied sweet sweat before. It is great because it rolls so smoothly and stays in place while putting on my waist trainer. After my workout the sweat was real! The wrap didn’t hinder my workout and it was only slightly moved after removing my trainer. Definitely will buy this roll again!!

This item does work to sweat in specific areas, but it tends to shift and rise up during certain workouts around the abdomen. On the bike or rowing machine mostly. When this happens, you may have a struggle getting it off. All in all, it does its intended purpose and I will purchase again once I use this. I will probably use it on my arms instead.
