I purchased a new home several years ago with hand-scraped hard wood floors. Over the years a few areas have become chipped or dented due to normal wear. These wood filler sticks are easy to use and very effective at filling in those spots. It’s really difficult to detect there was ever even an issue. There are many good color matching options and can be strategically mixed for affect if needed.

Accidently drilled into a nice dining table and these help blend in the hold well. Easy to apply and smooth out. Worked great for my needs.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that deeper or larger repairs may need multiple passes or a more heavy-duty filler. Overall, they're a great tool to have on hand for light wood repairs and touch-ups for a great price.

The shades included are very limited and don’t match most common wood tones. Mixing colors is nearly impossible, so the repaired area stands out badly. The wax sticks also leave a dull, cloudy finish that doesn’t blend with the original surface. After trying multiple times, I gave up because the results were consistently disappointing. It feels like a low-quality kit with very little practical value.

These work very well. It takes a bit of patience but you can melt these easily and they are a very close match to just about anything you have that is wood. They took the scratches out of the windowsill that our dog made and you can't even tell. We messed up the first time but you just reheat and fix it which is awesome. After that you get really good at it and it's so easy. I love the variety of the colors and how cost effective these are for how many uses you get out of each color. We were even able to fix nail marks in the hardwood with these and then just put a tiny amount of lacquer over it. Highly recommend this product!

Works on lightly worn areas ok. Doesn’t work on more worn areas. Wont stick

My beautiful coffee table got a couple of little knicks on the surface when something fell on it. I was not happy. I've never used wax wood fillers, but I am sold! I quickly filled in the little knicks blending two colors, actually, and removed any excess product with the provided tool to level the spot. I found a chipped corner on one of my living room end tables and was once again able to quickly fill in the knick and square it off with the little tool. Yay! This stuff is great.

I need to pay more attention to what I’m buying… I thought I was buying wood scratch pens. However, what I was repairing actually did have a ding so I decided to use this and it’s amazing. It can be used for scratches, but I think where it shines is repairing dings in the wood. Very happy with it. Like most, we have a lot of wood around the house-Kitchen cabinets, built-ins, hutch in the living room, etc. etc. I bought the variety color pack and it pretty much covers everything we have in our house. Read the directions, there’s a tad bit of a learning curve, but very easy to use. Overall, highly recommend for dings and scratches.
