Great shape, size
I have a very large Simon Pearce vase in this shape, and the dips/divets are great for flower arranging. I wanted something for a less big bouquet. This is great: not as heavy as the SP and the base isn't as solid, pretty, and finished, but a good size for a medium bouquet. No seam, and a fraction of the cost of a Simon Pearce version. Not quite as nice, but the difference isn't as huge as the price difference. As my Mom used to say, "It's better, but is it 12x better?" Of course, Simon Pearce probably employs artisans at a fair wage for their artistry and skill and the artisans who make this vase likely. . . not. So there's that.

Bottom not flat
Just what I was looking for. Only problem is the bottom is not totally flat. Looking for something else to see if I can replace it.

I do wish it was taller. However it makes flower arranging quite simple.
