Great post sales customer support.
Installed the unit around my chicken coop outside run, and the results were great repelling racoons and other critters from their habit of climbing over the chicken wire fence and get to the chicken feed. Eight months after purchasing and installing the unit, the charger stopped functioning and the red light flashing indicating some malfunctioning issue. It was a great window opportunity for racoons to resume their invasions and they certainly did. Al said and done I contacted the seller thru Amazon and with no hesitation they ended up sending me a new replacement item and the problem was solved. They're sellers who stand behind their products, and they're highly recommended.

Pretty good
Solid charger with plenty of power, easily keeps my fence hot even over long runs. The multi-power option is a big plus since I can switch depending on setup. LED display makes it easy to check status without guessing. Installation was straightforward and didn’t take much time. Build quality feels durable and reliable for outdoor use. Overall, great value for the performance, does exactly what it’s supposed to.

Affordable and functional with good customer service
Customer service is excellent. Replaced the item after it failed (18 months of use) with a brand new replacement, no questions asked. Charger gives off clicking and has a small flashing light to indicate proper functioning which is an easy way of checking on it from afar.

Worked great... only lasted a year... bought another.
Bought this unit to keep my dogs from digging out of our yard... each dog (Malibu a male pit bull and Maple a female pit bull) got zapped once each... that was enough... the digging never happened again. They had been digging out like crazy... many times no matter what I had previously tried. I bought it February of 2024 but didn't install it till February 2025 (lazy) and it just now failed... I test it periodically and to my dismay it has just stopped providing power. Voltage reads 12.1 and the pulse click still looks normal but it's not putting out barely any power, if any at all. We can grab the wire and not feel anything. So I guess durability is a potential issue. Am buying another... hopefully it lasts longer and I just got a defective one... it was worth the year and if the next one also only lasts a year then I suppose it's worth 70.00 per year to have the piece of mind that the dogs won't dig out. . Easy to set up and I mounted in a weatherproof transparent box on the side of our house by installing an outside outlet.

Draws too much power. Is not waterproof.
THIS IS NOT WATER RESISTANT. So the seller just admitted to me after 4 messages. I have asked to return it, an outdoor device that is not water resistant is just a bad joke. Draws too much power. and its volt reading is inaccurate. I put it in to replace a 30-mile Parmak charger that's going in for repair. This one is much stronger, OK, but it must be wasting power. It draws down the big deep cycle battery much more than the Parmak did. I have to unplug it every day or so and let the battery recover. The Parmak ran fine with this battery and a panel half the size of the new one I put on. Alas, reviews say Parmak has gone downhill in quality. So I'm having my old one rebuilt. Another review here says the guy opened it up and a sticker inside said it must be kept dry. Wow, a dry requirement for an outdoor fence power supply? That's like having a Ferrari but you can't start the motor or even sit in it. It's like a big delicious steak made out of plastic. What madness. Now I have to go build it a little wooden coffin.

Hi tech features!
I have had an electric fence in the past and needed to put it up again at a new house so I needed a new charger. This one is a lot better than the last two I had with the led display and colored ports (idk what they are called). Haven't got it set up yet but I assume it will work just fine. May not be great for larger animals but I need it for dogs so it'll be perfect!
