They appeared to be high-quality they smell like veg and I feel better already. I’m not sure why but the more vegetables in my life the better.

This is a good solid company, that from the vitamins I have bought from them; I can tell they care about making a difference in one's health for the better. I always feel a good difference when taking their vitamins. I also like that they care enough to keep their prices reasonable.

I take vitamin D3 daily since I do not get enough sun exposure. I usually take it as 5000 IU or 10000 IU. This one is 5000 IU which is fine with me. What struck me is all the additional veggie and fruit extracts that are packed along with the D3. That is a huge plus. The only thing that I have to add is vitamin K2 200 mg to take along with this. That is not a big deal since I like this with the fruit/veggie bonus. I will be ordering more when it runs out.

I have no way of sending this to a lab to verify the vitamin D content, so I'm taking the nutritional fact sheet analysis at its face value - supplies 625% of my daily vitamin D requirements (you body don't absorb any more than what it can't handle and the excess gets passed through). Good for the long winter months where I don't go outside as much to get natural vitamin D. The pill themselves are ok, they're pretty big, so it's not that good in that sense.I tasted the contents of the pill and it has a seaweed flavor - some people might like it, some people don't, might work well blended into a green smoothie. The expiration date is 2 years into the future, so no problems on the freshness front.Seems a pricy compared to other Vitamin D supplements.

Before the Codeage pills, I took Vitamin D, probiotics enzymes and omegas. I was so excited to find a supplement that contained all of these nutrients in one pill. The pill is not small, but the vegetable capsules make it fairly easy to swallow. Especially in ONE pill. Normally the serving size is three pills which turns into a chore to take. I have been Vitamin D deficient in the past but last time I tested, my levels looked great. This form absorbs well and has given me zero side effects. I also really like that there are vegetable extracts. Who doesn't need more of that good stuff!Codeage is an established company with a history of clean, US made supplements. For a two month supply, the price for this vitamin D is great and I will order again.

Wow, in reviewing the ingredients of the sunshine vitamin D3 it is exciting to see a large variety of components from the fruit and vegetable family included. I love organic products knowing it leaves out all the junk. This product includes: apples, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, tomatoes, green bell peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, and kale amongst others.Having all these ingredients of course makes the capsule a little larger than that average vitamin, but I did not have a problem swallowing it and there was no nasty aftertaste. I like that this also contains 'raw probiotics'.With so many organic ingredients it is not surprising the price is higher than most vitamin d3 supplements, but others do not have all of the other ingredients, let alone them being organic. 5 star all the way.

It has some impressive benefits that set it apart from other D3 supplements: It is made with whole food fruits and vegetables, which is more bioavailable than synthetics. It has healthy probiotics, which are good for the digestive system. It contains cracked-wall chlorella, which is more bioavailable than other types and helps remove toxins. And it has 5,000 IUs of D3, which is good for winter months and whenever I don’t get enough sunlight. I’m always wearing sunscreen, so I rarely get enough sunlight to produce Vitamin D naturally. I don’t think the capsules are large size. They are average size to me, and I have no difficulty swallowing them. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks, and all is well.
