I've been using this product for the past year for menopause symptoms. I like that it's alcohol-free. When I run out of it, I notice the menopause symptoms coming back so I make sure to keep this in stock. If you're dealing with menopause, I recommend trying this product. I'm 47 and started getting hot flashes and night sweats. I started taking this and they stopped in a week. I honestly didn't expect it to work this well and so fast. I am sleeping through the night without cold sweats and sleep disturbances. Also, my libido is off the chain. That's an added bonus. I used the product to help with hot flashes and other female issues that start at my age. 48. It helped and I’m no longer drenched every two hours throughout the night. Still a little hot, but no where near as miserable as they were. Tastes pretty horrible have water nearby and squirt a few droppers near the back of your throat. I wouldn’t ruin a whole cup of juice by squirting this bitter into it. Then you have a longer time tasting it and you won’t enjoy your juice. The saying “they don’t like the taste of their own medicine” applies to natural supplements lol.

While just starting my third bottle, hot flashes returned with a vengeance. AND -- what the heck is with the price? Every time I looked this up or buy a new bottle, the price has gone up significantly! My second and third bottles had less than 4 ounces, I assume due to the fact the dropper top design was changed from normal to child-proof.

I just got my extract and it's been on the counter at room temp all day. I came downstairs at 4am (ie no one has been messing with it) to find froth in my unopened bottle. It's a shame... I thought I'd give this brand a try, but it looks like I'm going back to tried and true.

This has helped my hot flashes disappear! This worked so well for me. It also helped with vaginal dryness. No need for HRT!
