Never turned on
I assembled the treadmill but it just wouldn’t turn on I tried using the manual to fix it but still nothing worked. Then i called the company customer service but they were a waste of time. Do not recommend!!

Assembly was a little rough, though that was mostly my fault. Seems good so far.

Motor and Incline Faulty
I got this about a month ago and have been using it 5 times a week. I just use it for walking and have noticed a few things.Its better than my last treadmill as in its size and interface but it has some faults.The main reason I wanted a new one is that my older ones tread was breaking, and this one has incline which my older one didn't have. But unfortunately the incline was dead on arrival it doesnt function. I press the button, and the interface registers but it does not incline the platform.Another issue I have found is that I average about five or six motor issues a walk (which is about 80 mins for me). What I mean by this is that the motor will SPEED up for a couple seconds then go back to my speed. This is a minor issue for me since I walk but if you are using this for running, beware.I would have most likely returned this but I dont have the original packaging and scheduling a pick up without a box is not aloud on amazon sadly.
