I hung 2, and borh have fallen off after about a month. All I had in each one was a dollar store broom and plastic dust pan. Not heavy. It probably works better on an unpainted, entirely smooth surface.

The holders arrived exactly as pictured and work as described. Well made product.The adhesive looks sturdy enough to take the weight advertised. My husband tugged at the holder and it didn't give. The holder's grip is good - tried my heavy wet mop on it and it didn't slide.I like that it came in individual holders rather than a row, so that I could space it however I needed and the 2 small hooks were unexpectedly useful for hanging other items I use for cleaning, towel, brush etc.

Doesnt hold simple mops on the wall. Worst was when I tried to remove it from the wall, it took of the paint. Be careful
