I bought this to wear under a scoop/square neck dress and it works great for that purpose. It is very comfortable as well. I can't comment on the support as I am only using it in place of a bra, but for that purpose it is excellent and you can remove the pads and use that way, or add your own if you want more volume. I purchased a Large, but if I was using as a sports bra I'd buy a Medium (34C, 5'4, 125 lbs).

I love this sports bra. I wear it to work out and just as a regular bra. I have 5 colors so far and will buy more. So comfortable, soft, and flattering. I'm a 38C and bought size L.

Great flattering shape, I would size down. Not the best support for high intensity, but perfect for yoga.

I love this brand—such a great find for high-end dupes that really hold up. I wear mine for walks, heated yoga, and OrangeTheory, and the bras stay supportive while the leggings never sag. The fabric is soft, smoothing, and has a luxe feel. They wash well (I mostly air dry mine), have a comfortable medium hold, and they roll up easily as sets—perfect for packing on the go.

Definitely better for smaller chested ladies. I returned because the bottom seam started losing shape after one wash (started curling up)

Very comfortable, I've purchased several of these in various colors and they have lasted for over 8 months without any wear and tear. I use them several times a week for all sorts of activities - run, bike, hike, walk, kayak, swim, etc. Material is soft and true to color. It washes well, though I've never had a stain. I like to air dry them to prevent shrinking, though they have gone through the dryer by accident. Size is true to fit. I usually buy a size 4 in Lululemon and the Small in this bra works for me.
