Not what I expected .... just reguar bleach
I usually get "Harpic Power Plus Toilet " , but it's getting hard to buy these on Amazon and they seem to me linked to some club or required a regular order (you can't just "buy them"!Sadly , these are not the same . Drop it in it dissolves about the same a quick squirt of normal bleach , in a less convenient form...I'll stick with the Harpic, I'll just need to find another source.

Do not buy. Not tablets.
This is just a white powder inside a tiny foil pouch that does nothing. They are described as tablets and blocks. That’s not true. Total waste of money.

Unfortunately didn't work for me. The toilet was quite bad (having just moved into a rental place) the only thing that worked for was harpur black toilet cleaner.
