For years I had terrible chilblains every winter. My hands and feet would be covered in them. I have been taking these Jarrow B vitamins for several months now every day, and I have only had one chilblain which went within a day. The improvement is nothing less than miraculous. Nothing else including diet has changed. I run outside on cold mornings and gardened for 3 hours in the cold, no chilblains. B vitamins heal the myelin sheath that protect nerves. I always thought chilblains were a circulation problem, apparently they are a nerve problem. I really hope this helps someone as chilblains are awful.

Did my lab tests and everything is fine. My B12 levels are in the optimal range (not normal but optimal).

The vitamins arrived promptly and well packaged.The taste is nice.Hence 2 stars.Unfortunately they make me so hungry, I could eat a horse. I tried taking the tablet in the morning or later on during the day: I feel normal before I take the tablet, then about one hour after taking it, I am soo hungry for the rest of the day.After a week+ I started to feel my jeans getting a bit tighter, but otherwise I didn't notice any change in how I feel.Today I didn't take the tablet and my apetite is normal again. It's a shame and £20 going in the bin.

This product has helped me tremendously! I have post-infectious IBS with malabsorption issues and my Functional Medicine doctor recommended me this product. After taking it for 2 weeks, I no longer feel extremely tired nor like I'm about to faint all the time. Great taste and easy to dissolve.
