Oh my WOW! I ordered this thinking it might be a better option for morning lemon water than buying fresh lemons and having half of them go bad before I could use them... It was shocking to me how delicious this was when I just added hot water. Literally shocking. When I have done morning lemon water in the past, it's usually so bitter that I really have to try hard to drink it all. Even with adding a couple of drops of liquid Stevia, it would just be so bitter that it was not enjoyable. This is not that experience! I look forward to making my lemon water every morning with this stuff! Not just tolerating it, but enjoying it! At first, I thought it seemed pretty pricey, but I have purchased other products of Anthony's and was impressed with them, so the familiar name convinced me to give it a try. It doesn't take much to make my 6 ounces of lemon water, so I think the bag will last me quite awhile, making the cost reasonable. And because it is freeze dried, the nutrient content is nearly unchanged from that of fresh lemons. I'm looking forward to using it in things like cheesecake or lemon bars, because it is just very versatile. It's a 10/10 for me, I would definitely recommend!!

It was not very lemony. Maybe I thought it would taste like lemons but it does not really. It is a bit bland but with some sugar i think it would be fine. I have several products from this company and like everything so I think I was just looking for a fresher lemon taste for margaritas.

This lemon powder is great! Tastes like lemon, mixes into hot tea like a dream, does not clump, is definitely worth the time and the money! Love it!

It is amazing the many wonderful things. I am using the lemon juice powder for. It has been a wonderful thing to add to a rub for Fish. However, I mostly use it to make lemonade and it is very tasty.

This item was different from real lemon juice powder. It had lemon peel powder too.

I like the consistency and the flavor. I would have given five stars but I think it is a bit pricey for the size

I ordered this because it is organic. My acupuncturist says o need to drink more water. I drink teas all through the day but he said I needed more plain water. Unless I am thirsty, water bores me…. He said add fruit - but that is tricky and not convenient t at the office. In cones this powder/crystals. It is pretty fine and dissolves nicely even in cold water. I just keep a little plastic scoop with it and add some to my water jug. A little goes a long way. You can also adjust the flavor - adding more or less. Also works great in hot tea - for a pop of lemony goodness. I have not cooked or baked with this but I am sure it would work well - and no worries with having fresh lemons on hand. Would be great to use in cocktails as well.

I bought this to include in low salt premixed spice mixes. Lemon pepper mix, Tajín seasoning, etc.. it has a natural lemony flavor that is so good in my blends. I will definitely buy it again.
