It came with batteries, which i was surprised about. It's probably due to the poor workmanship when assembling it. The little plastic puece that is supposed to cover the batteries did not sit properly, I had to tap on the bottom roughly to keep the batteries seated properly. I was able to use it 4 months before it started completely falling apart. Had to buy another mouse for twice the price. Hopefully my next one (from a different conpany) is put together better.

I got this mouse because I had surgery on my right arm and could not use it. It is easy to use comfortable. I would recommend it.

I bought 2 of these and they both have the same issues, so it wasn't a one-off time. Pro: Comfort is amazing! By Cons: Latency is terrible. Battery door falls off and the batteries fall out.

this mouse was purchased for someone who is trying to learn to be ambidextrous for the sake of giving their dominant hand and wrist a break sometimes. I have a right handed mouse from Logitech that looks very similar to this mouse and so I wanted a left-handed mouse for in frequent use that was similar to my predominant hand mouse. This mouse was worth the amount that I paid for it and no more. It performs as expected and came fast faster than expected. I have no complaints

The replacement works good. I still have a bit of a problem with the design of the placement of the springs for the batteries but if you careful as you put the batteries in it is a nice mouse so far. I still can’t give it a full 5 stars just because of the design of the negative spring. Note to the company: Thank you for your offer that was sent to me. I will leave that up to you because I did get a replacement from Amazon and they will have the other one soon. I turn 70 in April and I just do what feels right.

I injured my right index finger & using it all day at work operating a standard mouse, flared it up. Sometimes end of day it would be thumping. Went on for months. Decided to try this figured if it didn’t help I’d return it. BIG difference! Less pain all day long & now if feel like my hand is finally getting better.

Comfortable for hand, but the battery cover keeps popping off which makes it difficult to use.

Ergonomically, the mouse is great but I ordered it May 22 and it has already stopped working. I haven't dropped it, transported it or anything. I use it 5 days a week from my home office. Very disappointed.

Felt cheaply made, but worked well and was comfortable to use. That is, until it died eight months later. Amazon refunded me. Avoid. It is cheap for a reason - because it is poor quality. I note that many other people complain about the mouse failing after a few months.

Comfortable, value for money.
