What was looking for. Place for 3 non negotiable, affirmations and reflections on the day. I loved the daily question to reflect on.

The journal is good quality with and thick paper to hold up to gel pens if that’s your thing. The prompts are pretty cool. I don’t use the affirmation part. There is only so many times I can tell myself I can do it when I won’t.

I love this journal. It breaks it down into simple statement sections for each. There is a section to do separate journaling, and affirmation, highlights of the day, what you're grateful for, Etc. It is very easy to use and writing space is good.

Great product, as described, quick delivery, great company to buy from. They even included a thank you note which is extremely rare and thoughtful in today’s world. Big shout out to this new family.
