Excellent condition, easy to put up, boxes a bit heavy but advised a 2 person job so explains it! Very sturdy and mattresses comfortable that are included for a decent price.

I ordered this bed for my 2 sons and they love it! Easy to put together and very good quality! Would definitely recommend!

The bed arrived in good time. When we opened up the boxes there was no instructions. So I had to try and find some online to give us some kind of guide on how to build it. We had a big number of wooden dowels missing and some screws missing too. It was easier to go to the hardware shop to buy these instead of waiting for them to be posted out. Some of the pre drilled holes were not big enough to fit the wooden dowels in, so we had to drill bigger holes. There were also holes in places they shouldn't be. It was a nightmare to put together because of all this. Once we got it built, the bed looks lovely. It seems pretty good quality for the price and we are happy with it. Just a shame it didnt arrive with instructions and the correct parts!

Beds arrived on time and vendor kept me fully informed regarding delivery date and time. The beds are solid and were easy to assemble. Two man job and assembly time was under an hour. The only minor gripe is the addition of two labels on the ladder advising mattress safety height. The labels have been stuck down really well and will require some shifting. Vendor please note - use easily removable labels. I would recommend these beds.

The bed is broken 2 months after I purchase. The material used is extremely poor quality. I had to bin it as It was so difficult to assemble at first place.

I was a bit worried about this bed after reading some reviews. All I can say is glad I did purchase this bed. The quality is excellent and value for money. Delivery was excellent and even arrived a day early. Everything was there clearly marked and instructions were easy to follow. I managed to build the beds by myself and my husband helped put them into bunk beds. The ladder can be added on right or left and instructions tell you exactly how to do this. You basically have to decide before you build the ladder what side you want on but is very easy to change if you decide in future.

We are 'elderly' and thought we would not e able to assemble this bunkbed, but, thankfully, we were wrong. It took us a couple of days (we didn't work long each day) but the instructions were clear and it does seem to be quite sturdy. We'll let you know after the grandkids (twins) try it out when they visit. It looks great and the service from the company has been excellent - it arrived one day after we ordered it. We would definitely use them again.
