They take about a second to turn on.
When you flip the light you initially get a very low glow that flips to full brightness in about a second. Not sure why, they are turned on by a simple switch.

Globe separates from socket/filament IN FIXTURE!
These light bulbs are terrible. I bought 12 to have for a dining room chandelier and over an island pendants. Since purchasing, 4 have blown and one glass globe completely separated from the screw in part while leaving the filament in the socket!! Out of nowhere!! They are beautiful and look great, but last MAYBE a month with repeated on/off usage - DO NOT PURCHASE. You will be extremely upset...

Great if they work
I really like the ones that work, but one of the 4 won’t turn on at all and customer service doesn’t respond to my email.
