The sectioned flag pole is aluminum tubing and finished black. Assembly was simple and straight foreword. Only tools needed was a small Philip screw driver provided . I’m happy with the pole itself but I’m finding the flags get tagged up in the ropes . So I may remove the rope and put other flag holder that allow free flying . I’m happy with it! BH

Where to begin....shipping was late...REALLY late! Like, it took nearly 2 months to ship and arrived with delay after delay. Once it finally arrived, it was NOT the thicker more sturdier version of the pole I selected and paid for; same thickness as the thin one and no better than what I could have gotten at Lowes, verified with calipers. I still set it up per the instructions since I had waited long enough already. 2 days later it snapped at the bottom with almost 0 wind in the area. I can't get in touch with any manufacturer customer support. I'm going to attempt to return to Amazon, but not likely to happen since it took so long to arrive. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

First of all, I read reviews before purchasing and most said it was easy to assemble. We had a terrible time putting it together as the poles were not marked and the instructions were not accurate. I even watched the video over and over. The little plastic topper broke off before we even got it put up but the reviews I read said it was cheap so I wasn't surprised. After finally getting the poles together, one of the middle poles did not fit well, was very loose, so we just left it out. Our pole is not 25' tall now but it looks okay, For the price, it was an average flag pole. We will see how it holds up when we get our first blustery day!
