great product/inadequate packaging
I love these carafes; I have had a couple of them over the years. Highly disappointing the the packaging was so poor, especially when coming from overseas. I really would like to order another one but fear that the same thing will happen. Zero stars for packaging.

Optisch schön, Funktion mangelhaft
Ich habe mir extra eine Kanne nur mit Schraubverschluss gekauft um ein Auslaufen auf dem Weg zur Arbeit zu verhindern. Da bei dieser Kanne das Gewinde jedoch so mangelhaft verabrbeitet ist, habe ich gerade das Gegenteil erreicht. Für den Hausgebrauch ok, aber auch da mit schlechtem und sich verkantendem Gewinde unangenehm.
