Size 16 n*pples so I thought 19 flanges would be a good size and I was right! These are so comfortable in my medela hand pump. Great quality!

If 0 stars were an option, these would get that. They do not fit into any 24mm flange and if you do shove them in they have a mm or more of a bump in the middle making the nip rub. There’s a reason you can’t return.

I use these flanges everyday and wash them one or more times everyday and they are great! Great value for the price especially to make sure that I am pumping with the right size flange. Also great to get a pack with different sizes and have them all handy. I will say that they do need to be washed very very thoroughly as they can develop a cloudiness or some sort of film rather easily if they are not thoroughly scrubbed after each use. Wonderful product, great value, I use them every day when I pump.

I bought these and they work perfectly. I love how there are different sizes so if/when my nipple sizes change during my pumping journey, I’ll have the correct size to fit those needs in the meantime while I buy more of the ones that are actually my flange size.
