I had been shopping for some time for a nail polish with fewer toxic chemicals. I had serious doubts about how a peelable nail polish could possibly work, but it completely surpassed my expectations, especially for the price. Despite being thin in consistency, the pigment is distributed well. I’ve tried every colour in this set but the pale pink so far—only the light blue/grey was a tad streaky but the dark red and glittery dark blue and purple are great. Each coat dried in under a minute and with the top coat added, I was able to go 48 hours before it began to chip even while doing dishes, taking care of a toddler and baby, working in a barn and pulling weeds. (I keep my nails quite short, though.)When it does chip, I don’t care, because I can pick up the corner, peel off my manicure in seconds and do a new one in under 10 minutes. You would think that would mean it is very soft, but it doesn’t dent unless I dig my nail into the surface quite hard. It makes painting my nails more fun because I don’t need to futz around with polish remover and even as a busy mom I can change the colour much more often to tailor the shade to my outfits.This polish also has basically ZERO smell unless you are huffing at it right up close.Along with this set I bought Sally Hansen’s Pure polish in Lava Rocks to compare ‘natural’ polishes. That one went on much more thick and gummy, more similar to conventional polishes, and then dried so rock hard I actually gave up on removing it when I was finished after 20 min of rubbing with cotton pads. Sally Hansen Pure was $7 per bottle. This one is $15 for 5 colours + top coat. Easy choice for me.My only wish is to see this polish tested to ensure that the ingredients are truly as safe as claimed, otherwise I would consider it near perfect for my needs. I bought another set of colours and look forward to trying it.

I was skeptical on this nail polish with it being water based. It said not to shower or wash hair after applying. Like most polish, wait 90 secs between each coat. The set came with a base/top coat and five colors. I am happy with the color selection and would love to get more colors, preferably brighter colors. I started with my daughter's nails then did my girlfriend's and then my own. This polish was easy to apply and easy to correct mistakes, including gouges! We used the neutral, purple, sparkle blue and red. Neutral was nice, very safe. Purple was darker than expected out of bottle but pleasant. Blue looked dark in bottle and like it had sparkle, it looked straight black when I put it on. So I changed to the red to nails in, was easy, just had to let it dry then peeled/wiped with baby wipe. The red was classic, not too bright but not a tone of red, which I like. Sometimes red can be overbearing on light skin tones. My polish came off quick but I had to be in water twice after painting them. My daughter and girlfriend both loved the polish and went thru multiple hand washings and hand sanitizer and they still look great. If you like to have your nails pretty but don't usually spend the cost this is for you. I could see myself with multiple of this nail polish and change every day my color with no harm to my nails and not much work.

I've been doing nails for over 30 years. I've tried all the mainstream brands, and some random ones here and there. I like to do my own nails frequently and remove the polish as a means to prevent myself from biting my nails. I thought I'd give this polish a try since it would be helpful if I could easily remove the polish.Pros:The polish doesn't smell. It dries quickly. The colors are lovely.Cons:The brush doesn't appear to be designed any differently than other brands. In fact, if anything it's just slightly harder to apply than some other brushes like Essie and OPI. Unless you apply several layers of polish, it will not peel off like advertised. And in case you didn't know, you can apply 3 layers of most nail polish and it will easily peel off after 3-4 days. So I didn't find this polish to be drastically different than my regular polish in the peeling-off department. The consistency of the polish itself is different than regular polish - probably on account of the water based solution. In the batch that I received, the blue color was unusable because it was thick and lumpy. The rest of the colors didn't have this problem.Conclusion: I'm enjoying the polish because it doesn't smell and dries quickly. I would probably buy more if they had a better selection of colors. But I'm not expecting it to peel off much differently than other polish, and I hope they resolve the consistency of the polish itself.When my regular polish gets too thick I add some acetone to thin it out. I don't want to do that with this polish as it's water based and I don't know if that will work.
