Bought for an elderly grandparent
Easy to use and clean.

Leaks
Good size and good to grip but the lid kept falling off unless it was held on. So had many an accident and wet pj tops!

Not impressed
I gave it to my daughter with tea in it and as she drank it the lid came off causing the fluids to spill all over her lucky the tea was warm and not boiling hot over wise she would have been burnt. If you proved products for people who have difficulties then please ensure the product is safe for them to use.
