Works as described
Simple but really nice resistance bands. Works exactly as described in the advert. Pleased that the bands have different levels of resistance and which can be useful for different parts of your body. Meet all my expectation.

Good and colourful but not so strong
Got these for exercise at home, however two snapped easily .They come in various colours which makes them quite visible and attractive but with experience I believe they are best suited for light regimes.It’s highly recommended though for beginners.

Very pleased with purchase
I haven't tried the product yet but they seem very good they were a great price and they arrived a day earlier than expected. They have their own little bag could be easily popped into a handbag or suitcase to take anywhere with you.I am really pleased so far

Works nicely
The different resistance level is nice for different kind of exercises, decent rubber quality as it won't fell off easily.

Resistance not good enough
I bought these expecting that they would be resistant during the exercises however they are too stretchy therefore they are pointless. It was sold as they have 5 different strengths but the extra heavy still wasn’t resistant enough. Be mindful if you order these as they charge £3.99 to post back, even when not fit for purpose.
