Great book to read with your children
Very thought provoking full of nuggets to ponder on in regards to the faith. Easy to read, with hints of humor scattered throughout. My thirteen year old son even commented on the fact he was enjoying it. Onto The Case for Faith next, if it’s offered in a student form as this one.

great read
The 'Case for Christ Student Edition' is a fantastic resource for young adults seeking to understand the evidence behind Christianity. Lee Strobel makes a clear and compelling case for the historical existence and resurrection of Jesus Christ, using language that is accessible and engaging for high school and college students. The book is well organized and easy to follow, with helpful discussion questions at the end of each chapter that encourage critical thinking and reflection. As a youth leader, I have found this book to be an invaluable tool in helping young people navigate issues of faith and doubt. Highly recommended!

Good book.
This is a pared down version of the case for Christ book aimed at teens. Good book well written. The only complaint is if you're using it for the group study with the study guide it does not go in the same order that the guide does requiring students to read sections out of order. If you're using it as a standalone book it is very good. Good

Just What We Needed
Our teen was struggling with making sense of things she was being taught in science class about evolution and the creation of the earth versus what the Bible says. We truly believe that everything in the Bible is true, so if you don't believe creation, why believe the rest of it, including the what is said about Jesus? We realized we needed some help teaching her not that science isn't real or is wrong, but that it is actually your best friend when trying to prove something as real. Utilizing this book and others, like Quick Answers To Tough Questions by Bryan Osborn and Brodie Hodge we feel we are able to help guide her in that direction. This book outlines how a man set out to prove Jesus wasn't who he said he was, and through science, deductive reasoning and logical evidence found that Jesus very much was who he said he was.I love that they put these concepts into terms that are easier for students to digest, as some of these are complex ideas.I recommend this book for anyone who is seeking answers or wanting to be able to defend their relationship with Jesus to others. While we are called to have faith, there is nothing wrong with backing it up with facts.

I gave this to him on Easter and he really enjoyed reading it
I read this book many years ago and was incredibly impressed by it. Fast forward to current day, and I have child that is just about to begin his teen years. Almost all of his friends are unbelievers, and I wanted to make sure that as a teenager 1) he knew what HE believed, so that he felt secure in it and 2) he was able to answer questions from his skeptical friends about what he believes and why. He is a very logical, concrete thinker, so I knew this book would appeal to him. I gave this to him on Easter and he really enjoyed reading it. He finished it last night, declaring it, "Probably the best book I have ever read," and asked for the "sequels" by Lee Strobel. I have ordered the student editions of "The Case for Faith" and "The Case for Grace" and hope that those touch his heart in a similar way. I highly recommend this book for tweens through adults.

Excellent resource for a Christian teacher
I enjoyed reading the original Case for Christ book and thought it was an excellent resource. The book is written in a format that should be easy for most middle-school grade levels to read, even students in the upper elementary grades as well. There are a lot of visual charts and text boxes that capture the attention, but it still delivers that same type of evidence found in the original book. The only thing it really lacks compared to the original is that it doesn't have a bibliography at the end of each chapter, but since there are probably very few students who would make use of that anyway, it doesn't take away from the book's purpose.

Read the book and watch the Movie
Another great read! Interesting to see the non-believer evolve through unbiased research rather than continuously relying on other's opinions. God's not dead and neither is critical thinking :)

A fantastic book. Ideal for those wishing to know more ...
A fantastic book. Ideal for those wishing to know more about Christ (the person, as historically documented) yet the book is written in an easy, interesting and a delightful way. An excellent book and an easy read that cuts to the chase and and is unafraid to ask some serious questions and then reveal some serious and interesting answers. Very educational, enlightening and inspirational. A good book for believers and doubters alike.

I have always been challenged by Lee's approach to this ...
I have always been challenged by Lee's approach to this book and all the others that he has written. The study guide certainly engaged the students that were a part of the study. The DVD worked well with the study as well.
