On my first try I didn't do so great with the bigger beads. But after the third try, it became easier and now each time they come out perfect, making bead making fun while creating jewelry masterpieces. I read some of the reviews before buying and it was some mixed reviews. I can honestly say these molds work very well, just make sure not to overfill it and make sure it's filled enough to make a whole bead. Just scrape the extra off the top and they'll turn out fine. So worth the buy.

I am not thrilled with the Cold steel stun darts, they are too fragile if they hit hard objects, and the sharp corners on the tip can cause unlooked for damage. I did like the old .625 stun darts and have used them to chase medium sized critters from my garden area without damage to them. I was trying to find a replacement for the ball tips and a Youtube video showed these molds being used to cast plastic balls (resin). Another vid showed using hot glue instead of resin for a differnt silicone mold. I used Gorilla hot glue sticks and the smaller 12mm mold and buried the cone end of a .625 stun dart into the still soft glue before it completely solidified. The results were a bit light, and tended to do "crazy Ivan" flight characterstics. Still the unmolded ball beads showed satisfying hardness. The 16mm ball beads will shoot through Cold Steel tubing without a problem without cones, but I used a .625 dart set from another seller, inserted the shaft into the hole in the bead, and put a cone on it and the resultent bead flew sraight hot and normal through the side of a tissue box. The smooth tips will not cause skin breaks on critters. Do not use these on people, the stun dart I am trying to replace caused half dollar sized welts when blown at half effort. Also be advised they will kill mice and birds up to starling size with a solid hit. Shoot responsibly. Just like slingshots a hanging sheet or t-shirt as backstop will stop these projectiles and prevent damage in the beaten zone.

I’m currently making customized items and this mold is perfect shape and size. It also levels out the Resin after setting.

I got this for fun, and it s not comfortable at all because when i filled and dry. It s hard to get pull out and it s not through the hole. I does multiple time..... :| i had old resin filled like that in my previous best one.
