These bracelets were a great birthday gift to my boyfriend who lives in NY and I live in GA. He loved them. We linked it to the app. The app was spotty. It consistently blinked even when no one was pressing on it. Then, mine stopped working completely. It’s a great idea but it doesn’t seem like they worked the kinks.

The bracelets are beautiful, however, they do not stay connected to the app. The color you set changes. It doesn’t vibrate to notify of a ping as stated. It’s just a nice bracelet at this point because it doesn’t do what it started to show my spouse love when they are away.

Very cute and was so happy to receive as a gift. For an android user, the QR code would not load. My husband told me what app to use because he's using an apple device with no problem. Once I downloaded the app it to forever and several attempts to connect. It wouldn't connect because it Immediately told me to update the app. That took me to a link that wouldn't load and no update was required in the app store. Such a headache, instructions are minimal. Support is an email... Items were returned.1 star given because they were cute.
