It's not comfortable
It is small in comparison to the other pregnancy pillows. It is not comfortable, it doesn't support back and my neck hurts after I spend one night on this pillow

Inconsistent
The pillow definitely helps but I am giving only 4 stars because of the inconsistency by wakefit. I got 2 U pillows to use at 2 houses and one came with extra filling and an old packaging and the other came without any extra filling but was already 10-20% bigger in size than the other one. Otherwise the product gives great support and was very helpful.
