Here is my review of this Albott wildlife trail camera with full hd and infrared LEDs from ANNT.I've often seen these trail cameras used on wildlife television programs and I've always been fascinated as to what goes on in the garden when it's dark outside, so I found this one on amazon and decided to give it a go.The trail camera comes complete with AV leads and a strap to attach the camera to things when setting up.The camera takes 8 AA batteries but can also run on 4 AAs too, it just won't work for as long.The build quality is impressive, the housing is in a realistic camouflage design, with a soft grippy texture.There's two heavy duty clasps the hold the camera closed and open up to reveal the battery compartment and a LCD screen and control panel the allow you to set the camera setting etc, set the date and time and also playback any recorded files captured by the camera.There a SD card slot located in the compartment too, to store the recorded images.There's lots of settings, but it's simple to navigate through the options and to select the motion sensor sensitivity and capture quality. The maximum image quality is 1080p.On the f ont of the trail camera there's three sensors - one faces forward and the other two left and right - there's a hefty amount of infrared LEDs on the front too, the LEDs don't emit any light visible to the eye so won't spook animals in range of the camera.I'm really hoping to get some great footage of the foxes in the garden, or maybe some barn and tawny owls - they're always flying about in the night time. So far I haven't managed to capture and images of animals at night - but I know that it can take time! They spend ages making the David Attenborough programs! 😛I've been really impressed so far by the build quality, ease of operation plus the image capture quality of this trail camera, and I'll update the review once I've capture some interesting goings on out in the garden.Overall - 5 stars, great quality, value and performance.Recommended.Thanks for reading my review.

This camera has good points and not so good ones, walking towards the camera fails to activate it,across the sensors is fine,the strap really needs a new design,the clasp nips the strap before its tight,the camera always appear to be hanging looking downwards,packing behind rectify's this,strap,packing all becoming a task whilst in nettles,brush etc.,burns up batteries fast when hooked up to computer,use the power supply socket during this procedure,this really should be a rechargeable device,makes life easy and less expensive,the camouflage is pointless as the strap is black,not a good colour against the trees,easily spotted by passing thief,the photos are very good,clear and distinctive from a good way off,the video is hopeless,continually getting shots of heels and tails as the trigger is late kicking in,but again, the exposure is excellent,night vision is as expected,the subject is easily identified,vehicle registrations are readable, for the sale price it's good value,would never have paid the full price,just got to work with it and keep experimenting,a couple of photos 's from the camera are good examples of the camera's ability to capture night time images,very good in my opinion.

I returned this camera back to Amazon for a refund after three days of trying it out. The IR LEDs where intermittent during nighttime video recording - tried with three different sets of batteries.The stills were OK, though I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the images on highest setting.Build quality seemed pretty good though.As I didn't like my experience with this camera I ordered a different one  [Updated Version] Distianert 12MP 1080P Trail Camera Wildlife Camera Low Glow Black Infrared Game Scouting Camera Deer Camera 80 Foot Detection Range for Wildlife Monitoring and Home Security I didn't get chance to use this alternative camera as this too was faulty - the LCD screen didn't work. So sent this one back too.I then ordered yet another one  Crenova 12MP 1080P HD Infrared Game&Trail Camera 42 Pcs IR LEDs 120°Wide Angle Night Vision 2.4" LCD Display Waterproof Hunting Scouting Camera Digital Surveillance Camera I am glad to say that I am very happy with the Crenova camera (had this one for a week now) All shooting modes work well. Image quality is good.And the build quality is very good. Also the settings menu is very easy to navigate and understand. I'll have to get round to doing a proper review for the Crenova.

Unfortunately had to return it as I believe it was faulty. IR LEDs seemed to be out of sync with the camera in that they turned off when it was still too dark and the camera would take a series of almost totally black unusable images. Just as the sun comes up is often when wildlife is most active so not much good. I asked the seller and their reply seemed to imply that this was just how the camera works so on the strength of that, it was no use to me. The other camera I bought at the same time (Apeman) doesn't do this and works fine in the transition from dark to light. Outwith this time-period the camera worked fine and images and video were good. The IR LEDs were invisible at night too which has a lot of benefits. Would have been happy to have exchanged but not interested if the black images are normal. Looks from the questions as if others have same problem....

It works well and takes really good footage/pics. Until it stops. After four months the screen started showing white lines for a few minutes and then it just died. What a shame.Oh, but hang on. Latest update: Contacted the company and they just sent me a new one. Just like that. A couple of days later and we're back in business. Really great service.

sent the camera back as it stopped working I had fitted top class batterys all brand new I kept all 8 off them after a short time I fitted them in something else and found to be flat so was it the cameras fault or batterys or does it use a lot off power
