My Doctor told me I should consume 1000 mg of DHA daily. I searched Amazon and actually bought another brand first that were huge pills and I had to take 3 a day to get 900 DHA in a day. Then I found the GNC Mini's. I bought a bottle. I have NO PROBLEM swallowing them They are so small by comparison to the other ones and you only have to take 2 pills daily to get the 1000 mg. I just ordered 2 more bottles because they had a special - buy one and get 50% off the 2nd bottle. I could not be happier with these pills.

I have used these for a couple of years. They seem to do the job of keeping my brain sharp..

Much easier to swallow than normal sized fish oil capsules and contains the same amount of DHA. Still not small enough for my 10-yr-old to swallow, but it's much more manageable for me, which means I actually take it.

Amazon delivered the wrong 'unrelated', not order product instead of this great product that i did order. I had to contact Amazon by phone to reach customer service in order to explain the situation and arrange to have the correct product shipped to me. The customer service rep handled everything and the product was shipped to me overnight. Sometimes you may find that you cannot return some items on line and will need to contact Amazon by phone to do so.

I like that these don’t taste fishy however they always get stuck in my throat, I have to drink water constantly for twenty minutes after just to get it to go down. Not safe and can cause gagging. I’m a regular vitamin consumer ; I don’t have problems taking supplements.
