Initial day, when in use only swing works correctly, cool+swing & cool mode water leaks from the front where air is blown. Heavy water leakage. In long run, the entire machine will be damaged or short circuited. There is heavy noise as well. Customer care works from 9-6 that to only WhatsApp feature. What resolution can you get from WhatsApp chat. Low built quality as well. Out of all this, candes company asks each customer after purchase to give 5 star rating. WHY? When you're product/s are not up to the mark and match in what terms do you expect us to give 5 star rating? First, work on your products and quality to the needs and expectations of the customer and stop begging for ratings. Once all this is fixed customers will be willing to give what ever the rating they need without begging.

I personally like the product ...for one room it's worthy .... Also product delivered on time .....only problem was box was dirty maybe not clean the dust without it delivered to us.....suggestion if we are giving anything to customer atleast you should clean just for cleainess ...overally we like it....thanks

It looks attractive and sturdy. Cooling is also OK for its capacity. The problem is it doesn't have an outlet valve to drain the used and old water. There is a water pouring noise from inside during the running. It is heavy after filling the water and there are No wheels to move the cooler from one place to another place.

Well, it's been only a week since purchase, but already seeing the issues mentioned by other users😔. The WhatsApp support team is a disaster. They responded with the product registration after more than week of chasing them and their registration link is also suspicious, as it asks for same details twice and redirects to a Google docs page. Let's see if they will actually register my product. Will update this review.Update after a month of usage-😭They registered the product but seriously don't buy this fricking piece of crap! 😡It was giving off some dead fish smell just after 2 weeks of usage & It's so damn difficult to clean the tank🫤. You literally have tear apart the whole damn unit to just clean the 12l tank. Assembling is a different game altogether. no Urban clap etc will come to assemble it too. So like me if you are stuck, no other option than to throw this thing away.😡If you fill the tank today and even use it round the clock, you don't have to refill until after 4-5 days cuz this fricking thing doesn't use water at all, 🫡 so no cooling obviously. Works as a face fan at best & that too only for one person. 🙄

Honestly speaking, this is nothing more than a table fan. Infact a table fan throws much better wind than this. Cooling is not all good enough to be considered as cooler. Even for single person, this is not good enough. This might work for cities with cool weather like Bangalore, but not for Hyderabad, Chennai or Vijayawada. Even with cooler on with High Speed, we still sweat, so you can understand how bad it is. Better dont buy this and go for something bigger and better…

I am living in a 1BHK at top floor and it is very hot. I ordered this cooler last year from Flipkart but one leg was missing so I returned it and today again I ordered it from Amazon and it came in good condition. I am using it in my hall and it reduced the hall temperature more than my expectations. Really loved this. If you are looking for it and having small room or shop or hall then go for it. It really worth. There is no such noise, but whenever swing blades rotaes then only some air noise comes which is very low.

Yes there is water leakage issue in the back and i noticed it was due to dry area were water is not passing through. But if you soak the plastic mesh in water before turning on it stops water leaking out and water dripping sound.The submersible pump gets blocked every couple of days due to hard water but it also works so far without any issue.Overall it's worth the price.
