Missing Aux Cord
Today, I was excited to receive my new headphones, only to find that my box did not come with a charging cord nor an auxiliary cord. The black box it came with appeared to have been tampered with, as well. (The clear sticky tape looked to have been removed/re-applied.That wasn't the only issue, that I have had. They claim the quality of the sound and mic to be fantastic, so here is my comparison:These Frends headphones are cheap, heavily overpriced, plastic garbage. I've bought $30 headphones that are more comfortable to wear, and are worth their value. The mic quality is fuzzy and bad. The bluetooth pairing mode needs to be restarted sometimes, because it doesn't seem to want to be detected. I can't wear these for more than 10 minutes, before they begin to make my ears feel sore. The sound quality is like a bad telephone call, with static and fuzz. They must be joking if they think being fashionable is worth sacrificing the integrity and quality of their device. It's a shame. I purchased these, *because* they appeared as so they would deliver both in fashion *and* practicality. But that is just not the case. The last time I paid over $200 for a pair of headphones was for a nice Bose headset. Lasted me 6 years, comfortable wear, and miraculous sound quality. They may not look cute af, but I definitely got my money's worth in the tech.
