Ordered a few days ago, fast delivery. Got confused with the set up initially however the company were very quick to reply and all sorted now. The cats were a little dubious but my kitten absolutely loves it thinks it’s a toy as well as a litter box. No smells, and the noise of the box is minimal. Love it.

The cat litter tray worked very well. No more scooping and no more smelly house. My cats do not cover their poos at all and the whole house used to smell of cat poo and wee every day when I get back from work. This automatic cat tray scoops the poo and wee into a bag in a covered compartment, and use UV to sterilise the remaining litter. This eliminated the cat smell from my house after a week. I am over the moon!The setup was not straightforward. There is very little assembly but because I did not push the litter catcher tray in enough, the system would not work. It was very frustrating as the manual was not very helpful. There was also a spare part that I thought was needed in the assembly but it turned out to just be a spare. The app connection took several attempts to set up.Once it is setup, the cat box worked as expected. The cats queued to go inside and they watched as the cat tray cleans itself.The app does not count the cat uses of the litter tray correctly, but on the whole it met my expectation given the price is so much cheaper than other alternatives. I would recommend to cat owner.I had to try several different clumping litter to find the one that is perfect. (Sanicat clumping litter is perfect.) ASDA essential clumping litter is no good. Although Sanicat litter is more expensive, it doesn't go through as much litter as we used to. (we used to go through 2 x 20L litter each week. Now a 10L bag lasted 4 weeks and still has some left).

With 5 indoor cat I had a lot of cat litter trays and a lot of cleaning! I now have just this one tray that is always clean for the next cat! No more smells either!Set up was pretty much straight forward. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely the best spent money. My cats love it. The setting is straightforward, the app is a handful. Arrived quickly. I highly recommend it!

We wrote a previous review about how the litter tray is not very suitable for our larger cat. We still think this is the case but we have to say that Elspet solved the problem in a satisfying way.

I'm really open to hearing that I'm doing something wrong here, but so far I'm really disappointed - however it is early days. So three days since setting this up, I found the whole process extremely confusing. From reading the manual that comes with the item in a booklet, to watching the videos on amazon and also watching the videos on youtube - it felt a bit much in an attempt to find the correct way of setting up. OK, so got there in the end, I think, however very unsure as to why my cleaner does not have the min/max mark for litter that everyone speaks of - is it just me? I've had to guess, and still so unsure if I've done it wrong. so fast forward to just now, day 3, and Elmo has done a 4pm stinker - usually he goes at 6am which I have been happy has had no impact on anyone. As I am up and around, I waited eagerly by the app, to see how soon it updated/registered that he had been. Instead of automatically cleaning, it waited for what felt like an eternity and just had the status "waiting for caking" I had no idea what that meant and searched frantically online whilst the stench kicked in to gain some answers, also to understand why it had not cleaned straight away? Still unsure, I can only assume, it's because I had a ridiculously long timer on- I think? I have now reduced to 5mins, hoping now that this means that in future, it will clear the tray after 5mins - rather than the long period I had to wait. Up until that moment, I was unsure if the litter tray had been working at all. After it's "clean" I was horrified to see that the mess had just been scattered and squashed around the inside of the device, causing a deeper stench. This resulted in me having to manually send it to clean 4 more times, to remove most of what was still left and then getting a tissue to wipe up the mess from the sides - something I had not ever had to do with the basic litter tray I had before. It's now been 15mins since all of this and the smell is still lingering in the hall way. I am truly gutted as I genuinely thought that this was the answers to my prayers about no longer having to clean up after Elmo - I feel like I've just caused bigger problems. Please someone tell me I've got this all wrong as I would love to have the same experience most of you are having :(. I have turned to the customer service email on numerous occasions and received no help at all - have I got the wrong details, could someone please post them! Thanks all

This product is a great for traveling with cats. Folds up pretty small. It is a little difficult once used to refold, but overall a great product.

Avendo 6 gatti, la gestione della classica lettiera era diventata pesante.Ho deciso di acquistare questa lettiera, per diminuire il lavoro di pulizia.La consegna è avvenuta velocemente, forse con un giorno di anticipo rispetto alla previsione.Una volta sballata, si seguono le indicazioni che sono chiare e specifiche per l'assemblaggio e la messa in funzione.Devo dire che è ben fatta e una volta caricata con la sabbia agglomerante, ha incuriosito moltissimo i gatti, che inizialmente l'hanno scrutata con attenzione, ma una volta entrati, anche se con qualche perplessità, è stata accettata e utilizzata da tutti loro, lasciando la vecchia solo per le emergenze, cioè quando in due hanno lo stesso bisogno.Devo dire che l'odore è pressoché inesistente tranne qualche caso.Si collega tramite App ed è gestibile con funzioni di programmazione sui tempi di pulizia, riposo notturno e dati di permanenza all'interno.Molto utile la funzione UV, che si attiva subito dopo il processo di pulizia e si disattiva dopo qualche minuto o se entra un gatto a fare i propri bisogni.Devo dire che all'inizio è stata molto silenziosa, ma dopo una decina di giorni, ha iniziato a fare rumore di sfregamento tra il coperchio mobile interno dove vengono depositati i rifiuti e il rastrello che preleva l'agglomerato per depositarlo nel contenitore dove si trova il sacchetto.Altro punto negativo è la pellicola particolare che è incollata al fondo della lettiera che serve per far scivolare meglio il tutto, infatti con lo scavare dei gatti, le unghie hanno lacerato parte di essa e quindi poi viene strappata tal rastrello pulitore con conseguente blocco.Ho ovviato al problema da qualch giorno, eliminando la pellicola completamente e spruzzando un lubrificante secco sul fondo della lettiera prima di caricarla.Ci sono 2 pezzi di gommapiuma semirigida, sagomata, che devono essere inseriti in alloggiamenti tra il bordo superiore del contenitore della sabbia e la struttura della lettiera, che dato la loro mobilità, se vengono scoperti dai gatti, in men che non si dica si trasformano in intrattenimento giocoso, con il conseguente smontaggio dalla loro sede.In conclusione ottima lettiera automatica, anche se migliorerei i 2 inserti in gommapiuma, lo sportellino automatico interno che sfrega con il meccanismo rastrello, ed il rastrello sesso, che se fosse stato a maglie incrociate, invece che solo a lamelle, pulirebbe meglio.Rifarei l'acquisto e consiglio dei miglioramenti sopra descritti.

La lettiera è utile ed il venditore si è messo immediatamente a disposizione per la risoluzione di piccoli problemi che si sono creati.Utilizzando una sabbietta assorbente non fa sentire cattivo odore, la ricomprerei!

Ho due gatti ed ho aspettato un pochino a recensire questa lettiera per prima testarla. Il cassetto trattiene bene gli odori, ma arriva al limite di una settimana ed è pieno. Sono stata via 12 giorni e quando l'ho dovuto pulire è stato un disastro. Già prima cambiavo la lettiera normale una volta a settimana e quindi il beneficio è stato quello di concedere sabbia più pulita alle bestiole, e il fatto di non avere odori. La pulizia è davvero davvero scomoda.L'aggancio del "rastrello" non so come mai ma si è già piegato da un lato quindi fa molto rumore quando si mette in azione. Anche i vari bip della lettiera sono decisamente rumorosi per i miei gatti che poi sono sempre un po' titubanti sull'utilizzarla di nuovo.Avevo provato a contattare l'assistenza tramite il sito ufficiale ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Per il prezzo che si paga direi eccessivo.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per non dover chiedere sempre ai vicini di dare un’occhiata ai nostri due gatti quando andiamo via qualche giorno. Il prodotto si è dimostrato subito un ottimo acquisto in quanto i gatti si sono abituati subito e siamo stati tranquilli a lasciarli soli per qualche giorno. Purtroppo la scelta della lettiera si è rilevata sbagliata poiché, essendo grossa, il motore faceva fatica a far passare il pettine per pulirla e dopo poco si è rotto il braccio che supporta quest’ultimo. Ho chiesto all’assistenza la sostituzione di questo componente e con mia meraviglia mi hanno scritto che mi avrebbero spedito una nuova lettiera completa poiché sarebbe stato difficoltoso sostituire il solo pezzo. Dopo qualche giorno è arrivata una seconda lettiera! Consiglio molto l’acquisto sia come prodotto sia come assistenza, con una sola accortezza: usate una lettiera fine!
