Love this!
I have solid cherry floors that have a "patented finish." Although, they are beautiful, there is a film that accumulates on the floors and I have to get on my hands and knees to scrub it off. However, this electronic spin mop has really cleaned the floors very nicely. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the manual is not very helpful. On page 5, it says that the red light will start to blink once the charging is complete. Mine always blinks so I don't really know if it is fully charged or not. In the same box, It says....Completed: Green light. I still have not seen a green light.

Short battery life & long charging time
The packaging is designed terribly. The cords came apart while I was pulling the mop out. It was VERY difficult to re attach the wires. The mop is not very well put together. If also takes 3 HOURS to fully charge for a 20 MINUTE MOPPING. I have hardwood floors throughout my entire house including stairs so it can take all day to mop. Most of the time is taken up waiting around for the mop to charge. It works tho & it’s fun to use.

Great when it works!
Used this product TWICE and it worked great with a solution of distilled water , white vinegar ,and 70% isopropyl alcoholto clean wood floors and ceramic tiles.....but just tried to do the same for the third time and the water jet nozzle is clogged and nothing seems to work to break it free. To make matters worse, I am now beyond the return grace period so I am left to use a spray bottle in its place.Chuck A.

Seems to Work well
Easy to use. Never flashes when it is charged. Seemed to wear down quickly when used. Maybe because it wasn't charged even though we left it plugged in hours beyond how long the instructions said to because it never flashed that it was charged.

Don't trust Elicto
I bought two of these. The first works nicely with few glitches but I can deal with those. The second, after ten uses, would run for less than 5 minutes on a full charge. I inquired of the vendor on repairing the electric mop and after multiple attempts at reaching them, I was offered a replacement one. A refurbished one. I requested a new one. What I received was a refurbished one (I was willing to accept this) of a model that's cheaper and clunkier. Vendor's LACK OF CANDOR should have warned me for the next... When I finally chose to run the mop, It WOULD NOT RUN!. If anyone's interested in a not so heavy, ugly, clunky electric mop that doesn't work, please let me know.

So excited to use - so disappointed when it quit working after only a few uses
I had been warned by two others who had purchased the Electronic Wireless Mop that after a short period of time the water jet nozzle wouldn't work. It appears to be cracked. When it worked it did do a great job. It quit working in February but we were headed south for a few months. Got back and saw it in the closet and remembered - it won't work.

Recommend people with Hand, Wrist, and Elbow Overuse/carpal tunnel injuries like me.
Recommend people with Hand, Wrist, and Elbow Overuse/carpal tunnel injuries like me. Tried BISSELL cordless spin and it was keep leaking so returned that one got this one. What a life saver! Don’t like how it is designed, like charging port under water tank and water tank lid. Doesn’t do well on small space corner like BISSELL. Also does not have station tray. But I really like this one better than Bissell. Easy glide, quiet, and battery that last to finished at least 1000 sq. Ft. Once I get 3D printer will make my self station tray. :)

Don’t push down on handle! But do love how it cleaned.
Loved, loved, loved it until on closing poorly constructed reservoir lid, handle snapped down and broke. Now looking for better design but haven’t found. Now that I know has poorly designed handle at swivel area, I’ll probably repurchase as I liked it so much.
